The client agrees that they are of legal age and will NOT issue a chargeback for the commission in any circumstance.

The client is responsible for providing a legal, clear, ready-for-rig PSD file on time.

Rigger will collect 20% of the overall price as a deposit after receiving the ready-for-rig file.

.CMO3 file will NOT be provided and the client will not receive the model until the full amount is paid.

Delivery time is between 20 days to more than a month depending on the complexity, the Rush fee is 50% of the total amount.

The client must credit the model’s rigger.

Rigger reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time and only in that case, the client will be fully refunded.

There are three phases (head, body, and overall physics & expressions) in the whole work process. The rigger will decide the end date of each phase WITH the client and will not continue to the next phase until receive solid confirmation from the client. Clients can make UNLIMITED changes, but not every part can be changed once a phase is over.

At the end of each phase, after the rigger sends the progress videos, the client needs to provide confirmation and feedback, failing to respond over 72 hours will result in order cancelation with NO refund.

The rigger will post WIP videos/pictures and showcase videos on social media during or after the rigging process. if the client requires a private model, there would be an extra 15% charge.

After the model is complete, the rigger will need to test the model and check whether the model is still well performed on the client’s equipment. It will be a joint effort between the client and the rigger.
